In a recent HIMSS presentation from Dr. Amy Compton-Phillips, Chief Clinical Officer for Providence St. Joseph Health, the ground zero location for treatment of COVID-19 within the US, she emphasized that one of the key differentiators in how they have been able to successfully manage this outbreak had to do with their use of analytics to support both clinical and business decision making.
